What part of the training did you find most beneficial and why?

2 days training was very well balanced and informative with alot of interaction which was good. The most important for me was to realise that i could actually have all what it takes to do telesales if i just gave it a chance.

What do you think you are going to be able to do ''better'' as a result of this course?

I am not going to be so critical against myself because i have to start from something. With the tolls i got from training i can do it better and better by getting more experience and learning what i have done wrong or right.

I enjoyed the module and found it very beneficial because i haven't done telesales much before and now i know the structure of it and i am better prepared to start to do it.
