helped to identify areas where i was not so
good with and gave me ways to get the information

Great
personality - very enthusiastic about the subject.
Helped motivate the group. Also sympathetic
to the difficult tasks, which made it easier
to ask him questions.
Were
there any areas of the course that you particularly
disliked?
Some
of the more simple ideas/ concepts were presentated
quite slow so occasionally it was easy to loose
focus. Some of the team activities may have
been better individually.

Yes,
beneficial as the course pointed out some of
the most important information to have before
making a sales call to how to make the call
more success full. Also demonstrated how everything
works better when you have properly prepared.
