- It is usually hard to persist people like
gatekeepers etc. Also you get stuck when you
hear - No time, no budget, not interested......
Training showed me the alternatives that i can
use.

is good at presentation. Knowledge and replying
questions are good, he mage interactive sessions
which i really enjoyed.

Yes,
although the training was about telesales, it
was actually good for sales itself. I have learnt
how to handle resistance.
