part of the training did you find most beneficial
and why?
I
haven't managed before therefore i feel that
all areas of the course are going to be of great
help to me. NEVER manage a person (only lead).

''better'' as a result of this course?
I
haven't yet had any experiance of managing a
team- so all is new.

Mark
was very helpful and friendly. I wasn't
too sure about what the 2 days would involve
but he kept it exciting and it was very easy
to stay alert.

there any areas of the course that you particularly
disliked?
Not
that i can think of.

did you enjoy the course and find it beneficial?

I
thoroughly enjoyed the 2 days. I have never
been on this type of course before and i won't
actually put the skills i have learnt into practice
for a month. However I feel I have picked up
many helpful tips and skills that I am sure
that i will carry out my management position
with more insight and knowledge- even though
i do not yet have any experiance.
