Everything was covered in great depth - Mark was very approachable with any questions and was very well prepared for any questions. I cant single out one part of the course it was all very well executed.

What do you think you are going to be able to do ''better'' as a result of this course?

I entered the room with very little knowledge of management - and had a number of problem - each aspect was covered in great detail.
