Team
roles gave me a good insight into how people
work together and has helped me to see where
myself and others are good and weak.
The
'monkeys' problem concept has helped me consider
if i should take on problems all the time. Personality
areas will help me understand others.
What
do you think you are going to be able to do
''better'' as a result of this course?
I
will be able to plan my work better to ensure
i do not put jobs off.
I
will be more assertive so that i can take on
more responsibilities and feedback concerns.
Work smarter not harder ...... probably abit
more of both as i feel more valued.

Yes,
i really enjoyed the course because it made
me feel valued as a member of the clipper team.
I think it is really important to go on the
courses with the people you work with so there
are people to talk to about what you have learnt.
