		<description>Great subject which can be delicate at times, though I feel, that by acknowledging your respect for the other&#039;s knowledge and demonstrating that you value them, then this can go a great way in anchoring this person to your status. 
Also, to some extent no one is more knowledgeable than the other, by having more open dialogue, a think tank mentality can be built and this will unify common goals and each perspective goal with greater synergy. The &#039;subordinate&#039; will then have greater respect for the &#039;manager&#039; and will usually respect the newly established boundary.</description>
