All of it ....... as its always very useful to get back to basics and you always learn something "new and fresh".

What do you think you are going to be able to do ''better'' as a result of this course?

Listen more and be more professional. Generally build on what I've learnt, put it into practice and hopefully be more successful. Turn more negatives into positives.

I think i may have got on his nerves slightly as i maybe asked too many questions, and spoke as he was in the middle of teaching us things.

Were there any areas of the course that you particularly disliked?

The role play as it always makes you feel very vulnerable and makes you look incompetent.
